Games reflect behavior. That is why in all our training programs, we have incorporated games as part of the learning intervention to teach the participants. Our games are uniquely designed and administered in the program to teach concepts, tools and frameworks. We believe learning retention happens best if it is done in a fun way. The wealth IQ Network trainers have extensive experience in observing the behavior pattern and to identify gaps in the Competencies using games. Furthermore, customized debriefing is conducted to further instill the lessons.
Learning happens in the doing. Wealth IQ Network has crafted some of the programs on a project based learning as the core learning intervention. The learning modules are guided through a project which will benefit their organization by generating ROI. The projects are carefully selected through a series of prior discussions with the management and a success metrics is agreed upon to gauge the effectiveness of the training program. Participants are guided throughout the project through Innovative Support System using various technologies.
We learn fast from mistakes. The fearful part is that making mistakes in real time working environment costs huge sums of money. Wealth IQ Network has designed various types of Simulations to attend to these various needs. We adapted this Simulation concepts from the Maritime, Airline and Medical Industries. We craft simulations as close as possible to real life experiences for the participants to learn the necessary skills so that they can implement these skills at their workplace immediately. Various methods in gauging and monitoring their traits and behaviors are done throughout the simulation, so that the participants can realize and quickly learn to adjust their behaviors.
