OVERVIEW

This simulation is built around leading and managing change in an organization. It is ideal for all levels and segregated on their functions and given a Macro view perspective of business that is going through change.

Participants have to take decisions straddling many change situations and scenarios and run a half year business in two days.

It is ideal for two type of groups namely the change agents, who is leading the change and the teams who needs to manage the change.
