This Simulation combines collaborative strategic thinking with a realistic business scenario to equip managers with the correct behavioural approach to effectively work with all the team members and generate Innovative Solutions. This process is called Integrated Thinking where the team needs to think from all aspects of the business and ensure that everyone in the team contributes to the thinking process even in a competitive and conflicting environment.

It is ideal for Managers & Senior Managers to get an Ideapreuner’s Perspective of Business Participants have to take decisions straddling many functions and run a 7 months business in two days.
