This simulation is built around running a production plant business. It is ideal for managers to get a consultant perspective in solving problems using specific tools.

Through this program participants will be led to practice using problem solving tools like logic trees in a simulated environment.

Participants have to think strategically and work with their team by leading and innovating new strategies through problem solving in 3 – 5 rounds of business.
