Participants will learn how to use various tools and method in organizing their thoughts so they could determine useful and accurate information to assist in the analysis process. The tools and methods introduced in the programme will enable participants to analyse any situation without making hasty decision and conclusion. At the end of our programme, participants are able to apply our bespoke tools and methods to conduct various studies to analyse a particular issue at workplace to assist in solving problems or to engage in a strategic thinking to overcome work challenges. The programme is engaging and consists of various activities, discussions and role-plays that will allow the analytical thinking process of an individual to take place effectively.
